Blush pride themselves on delivering the most exciting effective and inspiring workshops nationwide. All specialist workshops are created by Becky who has been delivering dance and fitness courses, classes for 10 years and workshops & masterclasses for 5 years to a wide range of abilities. With a wealth of fitness, aerial, dance and coaching skills all Becky’s workshops not only utilise her experience and knowledge perfectly but also guarantee a huge dose of fun and enthusiasm, ensuring every participant is left inspired, motivated and glowing with fabulosity!

ATTENDING A WORKSHOP:

Blush hold workshops at various venues in the North West, anyone and everyone are welcome to join. You don’t have to be a specialist dancer or fitness enthusiast to join, as the focus is to allow as many people to experience fitness dance & fun in a positive and motivational setting as possible.

BOOKING A WORKSHOP FOR YOUR GROUP, VENUE OR EVENT:

Blush workshops can be delivered at one of our recommended venues in MANCHESTER or at your own home or hired venue nationwide. Blush offer a range of lush workshops, however, new ideas for workshops are always welcomed so if you have a specific bespoke workshop or theme in mind, please contact Becky to discuss your ideas.
