Every term follows the same structure for progression but follows a different a new set of moves. So each term you will learn new moves and the important skill of how to link them to perform a routine. Students are advised to complete 3 terms at each level before they are ready to move up a level. This format allows students to progress at their own pace, stay challenged and motivated with new moves and watch your strength and confidence improve! Designed to introduce the Advanced Amateur to Intermediate moves and techniques in a safe and effective environment. We learn the basics of inverted moves, intermediate spins and how to link the moves on and off the pole with unique transitions which help you to achieve exciting new routines every term! New, more challenging moves are achieved each term to ensure all students progress towards advanced intermediate level. Classes also include new fitness challenges and exercises to help improve your fitness, strength and cardiovascular levels to ensure you look and feel fitter, stronger and more confident both on and off the pole. Level 3 Classes Perfect for Advanced Intermediate (students who are air inverting) - Advanced Pole Dancers/Teachers & Performers
Learn challenging advanced pole moves, seemingly impossible tricks and super slick spins and routines in a motivating and friendly environment. Expand your vocabulary of tricks as you pick up hot tips and techniques on how to work towards some of the craziest moves. Every term we build moves together to create sections of routines as well as help you to build the confidence and grace needed to perform on the pole. Achieve your fitness goals with exercises to boost your strength, cardiovascular fitness and power to feel super confident on and off the pole. We offer 3 levels of Pole Dance Fitness Classes. Each level incorporates a large selection of moves, climbs, spins and routines which students are taught over 6 week terms. Therefore at the end of every 6 week term you will have learnt a fabulous new routine and an exciting selection of new moves!
